Hi everyone,

I'm a 26 years old guy from Italy. I decided to join this forum cause many doctors don't know how to deal with my situation, I'll post my blood work in the right section. Not a critical situation, but the doctors I have talked to have very different opinions on what to do, so I'm searching for advice in this great place.

I will make some mistakes (I probably already did) cause my English grammar is not perfect at all, please forgive me for that.
