Thanks for the replies. The more I look at all that has gone on, the more I look at adrenal fatigue. Ill either do the supplements, but no meditation. Or meditation but no supplements. I need to focus on putting everything together. I really have no stress in my life at all. I do work long and early hours, but I dont have a girlfriend or kids or really friends or anything that drains my energy. Its just my thinking. I've attended courses on stress management and I just need to focus on my thoughts and channeling them more positively. I also do think eliminating boron and bringing my total level of stress to my body (not trying to workout, bringing test levels down to 10mg 5x a week) etc will take some of the load off my body so I have more capacity to heal. I appreciate all the suggestions! I know its a stretch, I just want to be able to live a normal life again. Its like I live in a cave most of the time. If you guys saw me, you'd never have any idea. I still look like a competitive bodybuilder...its just a look into how fake my life has been for most of it really.
