I do not eat beef, pork or chicken. I eat eggs and fish however.</span></span></span></p><p><span style="color: #333333"><span style="font-size: 12px"><span style="font-family: 'Arial'">-I have crohn's disease which could explain the iron issues. I have had low iron in the past.</span></span></span></p><p><span style="color: #333333"><span style="font-size: 12px"><span style="font-family: 'Arial'">I currently do not take any medications for crohn's, I try to manage it through diet as much as possible.
