Long time reader, first post (besides my intro). I've been on TRT cream since Thanksgiving. Two clicks in the AM. Just got my latest labs from Quest and looking for feedback. Specific questions:

Total T is 434 ng/dL (MS, 250-1100 ng/dL). Free T is 68.4 pg/mL (46.0-224.0 pg/mL). The labs were taken in the morning prior to daily application, so this is my daily trough. This seems slightly low?
SHBG is 26 nmol/L (10-50 nmol/L). What is an optimal range for SHBG?
Estradiol is 57 pg/mL (Ultrasensitive LC/MS, < OR = 29 pg/mL). Quest says this is high. Curious what you think? I don't feel that I have any adverse symptoms, so maybe it is fine?
DHT is 208 ng/dL (LC/MS/MS, 12-65 ng/dL). I am thinking about switching to injections to minimize the 5ar conversion which, I understand, is higher with cream. Thoughts? Only concern would be driving estradiol higher with every 3.5 day injections.
I see my doctor Thursday. What questions should I ask?
Thanks in advance! -Adam
