Well Im new here and ready to start. Urologist put me on 200 ml/mg once a week at home i have not injected yet as i wanted to research myself. Been on a few forums and now I'm here. It seems i would do better on EOD M/W/F as im a low SHBG guy. I was prescribed 18g 22g to inject but after researching i bought 29g 1/2” .3cc syringes to try SubQ Stomach. They should arrive Tomorrow. What made me sign up here was i was reading a Thread From 2015 regarding Low SHBG guys most dont do well on TRT. So now I'm questioning this again. Im sure my doc hasn't a clue but im willing to try this on my own with him prescribing it to me. Attached are some labs that i ran myself over last 2 months. I had a Stent in LAD july of 2016 and was put on Lipitor and had awful sides. Had to stop. But Cholesterol is highest its ever been. Seems to me I'm in deep trouble Health wise. Im 5’11” 250. All weight in gut area. Anyways thanks for reading and what a great forum you have here. Below are missing in uploaded documents labs.

With that low of shbg, I would try daily injections. It seems that 16 mg of testosterone cypionate for daily injections, works best. I'm a member who does daily injections. I use a 29g 1/2 inch syringe and inject shallow IM.

Thanks Vince for your reply. I have .3ml syringes coming im assuming for 16mg Daily i would fill syringes to .8, since the test Cyp bottle is 200mg/ml.

Are you battling any E2 issues? Or did you.

No I've never had any estrogen issues plus my shbg is higher than yours. Here's a copy of my protocol and labs.

Yes 8 on your syringe will equals. 16 mg.16 mg of testosterone cypionate daily, 500 iu of HCG twice a week, 25 mg of DHEA, 10mg of pregnenolone and no AI.

Testosterone serum 880 ng/dL range 264 - 916
Free T 32.3 pg/mL range 6.6 - 18.1
DHEA - Sulfate 384.4 range 48.9 - 344.2
Estradiol, Sensitive 28.5 range 8.0 - 35.0
