Damn man, I'm 73, with severe mental illness and caregiver to my wife who has Alzheimer's, who gave up on sex many years ago! Didn't stop me from going on testosterone when my blood test showed me borderline low. I have a great urologist. As for Trimix, which I've discussed with him, there will be a time or opportunity with a woman and VERY willing to stick a needle into the side of my penis to avail myself of that opportunity. The world isn't perfect and neither is the human body but there is a way to get yourself hard in order to successfully have sex. It's your choice to be miserable or to get back in the game. And, from someone whose dealt with mental illness for most of my adult life, maybe you have undiagnosed clinical depression, separate from ED. Anyway, the solution to a problem or problems isn't going to be handed to you. You, and all of us, make conscious decisions about the quality of life we desire. Sometimes the path to that point or place is difficult but it's not unattainable. You have to have the will. I truly wish you the best in resolving this.
