@Anonymon and @BillyJ03z I received my 4-point saliva cortisol test results, and everything was in range. It was slightly below optimal in the morning and slightly higher than optimal at night, but that's because I have an off schedule. But every reading was well within range, and close to optimal. I definitely thought my high RT3 was a result of high cortisol, but it wasn't. To determine the high RT3, I've tested Iron, Iron absorption, Ferritin, cortisol, and the usual blood markers for TRT. According to my labs and TRT doctor, I don't have an iron or ferritin issue, I don't have an inflammation issue, don't have a cortisol issue, and don't have a severe illness or injury. The only markers that are off is the high RT3 (all other thyroid labs are great). From what I've read, these are the most common reasons for elevated RT3. What else in your opinions could cause high RT3? Would increasing my TRT dose overcome high RT3 symptoms? I've tried T3 supplementation at 25mcg per day and 50mcg per day with no noticeable difference. At 75mcg per day I felt jittery, had a fast heart rate, and didn't feel well. I've also tried Nature Thyroid for a few weeks at 1 grain per day, and also don't feel a difference. My main issues are that it seems my TRT has stopped working. ED, lack of sensitivity, severe delayed ejaculation, fat gain in the torso, muscles are either less full or there is muscle loss. Another weird side effect is that my fingernails have developed vertical ridges and weird marks on them, and while they are not bothersome, they are related to hypothyroidism from what I've read. Any thoughts are appreciated!
