You need a lot of education and the fact that you weren’t told or were even aware that these meds destroy libido shows that you have not done your homework and blindly followed some guys advice simply because he is a doctor. Not all doctors can treat everything and, as I noted, if the prescriber is not a psychiatrist, or even worse, if you are getting these from multiple prescribers, you are flying blind. Now you are looking for help on an Internet forum. You need experts who are going to be hands on and even be willing to tell you what you don’t want to hear.

TRT is not a guarantee of your libido coming back. Your med regimen is more than likely killing libido and still May event if testosterone levels are good. Also, at 38, body chemistry changes due to biology, lack of activity, and your libido can also be impacted by attraction to your partner.

What’s our lifestyle like? Do you workout regularly and engage in some kind of resistance work to build muscle mass? Weight? Body fat levels? What’s your relationship like with you wife like, especially when it come to sexlife?

Sorry to be so straightforward with you, but if you don’t want honesty and support then this may be the wrong place on the internet to ask for help. Anything other than being straight up with you is, in my opinion, disrespectful to you and I’d rather run the risk of hurting your feelings over giving you useless advice.
