I have som problem and I hope you could help me manage my levels while on trt.
I am from Sweden and currently the only available injection form is nebido
Starting protocol was a booster att 6 weeks and then every 8 weeks which through was 16 then my doctor decreased to every 6 weeks with varieing for my both test and E2 levels.
My lasted test shows as :
April 11nm and estradiol 180
May 16 and estradiol 160
Juni 21 no E2
July 11 no E2
Augusti 24 no E2
September 24 E2 80
And last test on October 39nmol test
three weeks after injection and E2 412 pmol
All test is sensitive estradiol
There is not possible to prescribe AI in Sweden for trt but I have both aanastrozole and Aromasin.
What is your recommendation dosage for my levels of Estradiol.
I took 25 my Aromasin the injection day and 25 mg 2 days later which was 2018-10-25 and 27.
By the way I have changed the protocol to 2ml nebido every 3 weeks
