I am a 45 yo male, with AIDS at diagnosis, but currently HIV undetectable and CD4 450 20%. I am interested in using Nandrolone to increase muscle mass. My total testosterone is in the middle of normal, SHBG about twice highest normal, and correspondingly my free testosterone is in the low normal. Although I work out 3-4 times/week, I would be described as skinny-fat. I want to know if Nandrolone decreases your lymphocyte and CD4 counts? Anyone with personal experience? My main concern is that every time I try something that increases free testosterone/decreases estradiol, it causes my lymphocyte count and CD4 count to drop. Then I start having signs of HIV reactivation in the brain (where the drugs do not control it well) leading to low immunity such as unusual succeptability to cold weather, recurring cold sores, slight headaches/temperature and aching when swallowing. That happened with DHEA, Androgel, Exemestane, Proviron, HCG, Anastrozole (Arimidex), and Novedex XT. And in some of those cases, labs confirmed decreased lymphocytes and CD4 counts.
