[QUOTE="BigTex, post: 219395, member: 43589"] Dosing on MTII is based on micrograms. So if you purchase a 10mg vial and inject 2ml of bacteriostatic water into it you will have 10,000 micrograms in the vial which equates to 5000mcg/ml if you are using a 1ml insulin syringe. So that means for every click (mark) on the syringe you will have 50mcg if you are using a 100ml syringe with 100 marks. Those 100ml's with 50 marks you will have 100mcg/mark. Dosing caveat......ALWAYS start low and gradually go high. Depending on the individual, too much of this can have you hugging the porcelain goddess. Feeling some flushing is normal. I would definitely not exceed 250mcg (5 clicks on 100ml syringe) and if it is your 1st time might be good to try 100mcg. If you fell nauseous at any dose, slightly back off the mcgs and then gradually work up to 250mcg. Take this 250mcg dose for 2-4 days and wait about 20 minutes before tanning or direct sun. 15 - 20 minutes of direct sun is plenty. You will see changes the 1st day in the sun. After your 1st, 4 doses you can then determine if yo need to go up in dose to maybe 500mcg. I believe people with more of an olive completion need more, lighter skins less. You can then use MTII every other day or less. My wife and I used this stuff many many summers and got to the point I looked like a black guy with blue eyes. I found I can maintain a great tan using this stuff once a week @250mcg. I have light skin and burn easily. One time we built up a good tan and laid out on the beach in Miami for 6 hours. No burn.
