I can't help but think that being hypothyroid will change how a clomid protocol works.Is there any reason you didn't have thyroid levels tested? I'm not familiar with how long you wait after starting meds to get tested for thyroid issues, so I'm no questioning defy, it may be that you have to wait x amount of time to test much like with TRT.Are you paying for labs?
