This discussion was led by Dr. Christina Wang who is an internationally recognized investigator in male reproductive medicine and biology and is a Professor of Medicine, Assistant Dean at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, and Site Director for the Clinical and Translational Science Institute and a faculty member of the Division of Endocrinology, Department of Medicine, Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and The Lundquist Institute, Torrance, California. Dr. Wang has been involved in many funded basic and clinical research studies. Her current clinical research studies include androgen replacement therapy, hormonal male contraceptive development, late-onset hypogonadism, accurate assessment of serum androgens, diet and androgen metabolism, environment and lifestyle modifications on sperm parameters, and more recently sperm epigenome. Her basic research studies focus on the regulation of spermatogenesis. She has authored over 350 peer-reviewed publications, 70 chapters, and reviews.
