Here's how I deal with my chronic LBP;
1. Posture: Always be aware of it when walking, sitting, lifting. Assume Z shape: Lay on back, feet on chair, 90 deg leg position. Neutral for spine.
2. I find an inside corner of kitchen counter and lift my self, elbows straight so feet off the floor and just hang as long as possible. Do it a few times a day. Feels really good and better than my inversion table.
3. Norco: 1/2 of a 7.5mg tab + 200mg Ibuprofen. This usually shuts it off like a light switch within an hour.
