I also need extra B complex supplementation, etc. I did a genetics nutrition test and also monitor with Genova's nutrieval test twice a year, a couple of microbiome tests every year along with periodic bloodwork to make sure my diet is working properly and I am taking the nutrition that I need. I also do a dexa scan once a year. I don't follow any of those fad diets. Just my two cents.</p></blockquote><p></p>
