Hi gentlemen,

Im a low shbg guy so did terribly on 2x wk shots....for the past few months ive been working with eod. I started feeling pretty crappy and have sore knees and weak as piss and lethargic not interested in sex etc. Ran my bloods and my E2 is the lowest its ever been at 87 Australian scale. We simply need to be under 150 here with no other guidelines ! I used to feel great around 120 to 140 . So ...Im thinking of bumping up my 18mg eod to 21mgs test e in the hopes of raising my estrogen and feeling good again. Im not on hcg as makes me feel crap in general even at 100ius :( and have kids plus all downstream hormones are in a great place and ive been on trt over a yr.

My test is 23.9 at trough and free test 639 on the Aussie scale which im happy with on the 18mg eod just the low E is a big problem right now.....is raising my dose the best and only way to raise my estrogen too ? I assume so but curious what you guys have to say.

Thx

If it's avail to you in Australia find some cheap DHEA tablets, it's over the counter in the US, you could get some aromatase as it passes thru the liver when taken.

Thx Vince, I figured out that 30mg zinc is probably not the way to go too as zinc acts as a pretty decent AI which I didnt know....Im taking 50IU hcg eod as its the most I can tolerate but Im starting to feel better....

Am I reading your post correctly, that you are feeling worse on EOD than 2x/week? What is your SHBG?

sorry for the late response ...SHBG is 20 so not terrible..I felt better for a while after I upped my dose to 21mg EOD as it obviously upped my E2 but 6 weeks on Im getting achy knees and lethargy , flu like and nautious feelings again...stopped my zinc as it acts as an AI but previously my E2 was 87 which on our scale of max being 150 is pretty damn low ...so I feel like 84mg test every 8 days isnt creating enough estrogen for me so i may need to look at upping my dose again !
