I’ll add to this thread. If you look at my original post from 2017, I foolishly took arimistane, an OTC AI without ever taking TRT, steroids, etc. It caused an E2 crash with chronic symptoms such as fatigue, low libido, etc. Three weeks ago, I started test cream with Defy. Here were my numbers prior to starting: TT: 450 FT: 10.6 ng/dL E2: 21 (sensitive) SHBG: 22 The test cream felt pretty damn good the first two weeks! I had way more libido, felt much stronger in the weight room, and had better emotions. Today I feel like garbage. It is day 20 of test cream. I’ve been sleeping terribly the last week. I feel like I have low E2 today. I have joint ache, fatigue, loss of motivation, and there is not a Boner in sight. I also feel like I’m getting sick, so perhaps I am just sick. Covid test was negative. I’m scared I worsened my condition with my trial of test cream. I have a feeling this condition is all due to receptor loss of function in some form or another. If test cream doesn’t work, I may try out testosterone injections with HCG. I may also just come off of everything.
