Some report from using injectable progesterone 1mg daily. my avarage estradiol on my trt (20mg tst E ED) was 35pg/ml - this level depends on my topical progesterone and injectable estradiol enanthat, progesterone lower my e2 so if I up my prog, I also have to up my e2. 14days ago I upped my topical prog. to 20mg ED, with it I slowly raised my injectable e2 first by 50% but my e2 level droped. I raised e2 by 100% (mean from starting dose), but my e2 level droped again, so I raised e2 to 300% to see if my e2 level move up and ať the same time I switched to 0,5mg injectable prog from 20mg topical. I keeped 300% e2 and 0,5mg inj. prog. and after few days I started feel bad, went for bloodwork and my e2 level was 192 pg/ml!!! But my prog level droped little bit. Ofcourse I stopped inj. Estradiol E and continue with inj. prog., after 3 days my e2 level was 212 pg/ml!!! Ok this shlould was because of enanthat ester of e2.. yesterday (after 7days from last bloodwork) My e2 level was 169 pg/ml.. This with my very low SHBG (10) sounds like nightmare, but I dont feel bad that much, mabye I feel better than my standart trt protocol.. I have two options: First is estradiol enanthat does not clear from my system yet Second is injectable progesterone and their metabolity somehow mask e2 level the same way like if You use Trenbolone - metaboliset of tren shows on labs like estradiol, it is common issue with checking e2 on tren with non sensitive test. My labs uses CMIA method, there is no LC/MS method in my country. Any opinion on this?
