What is your free testosterone level? I bet it’s high. If your HCT keeps rising so much, you need to lower your dose. How many times have you donated blood recently? If you’ve been doing that for a while, guarantee you tanked your iron levels, which absolutely can effect sexual function. You should only be donating a few times per year. Especially if you are doing double red each time. Please post your thyroid labs. Saying that they’re normal means literally nothing. Especially if it was a doctor that told you they were normal. You most likely also haven’t had a full thyroid panel done. Only having a few thyroid labs done is almost the same thing as having no thyroid labs done. There’s T3 receptors all over the penis. Not having proper thyroid levels can absolutely effect penis sensitivity, and overall sexual function. Definitely need to get your A1C down. That’s an easy fix though. Increase the amount of weight lifting sessions you do per week, cut out dairy, cut out gluten, lower carbs per day, replace those calories with protein and healthy fats. Cut out added sugar, and cut out artificial sugars. There’s other things you can do, but those are the main things, and should absolutely do the trick, especially considering you’re A1C wasn’t even that high. Just want to get it down closer to 5. Insulin insensitivity absolutely plays a role in sexual function.
