There are multiple threads dealing with Androxal here on the forum. The company behind it has mismanaged the application process on many levels and the data they present to support their claims is less than inspiring. Don't hold your breath waiting for it to come to market.

What about outside the US, can I find it generic? I heard it's made in India or something...

You can buy it in powder form from China, but there's no guarantee it will get past customs.
