Title, TRT is a godsend for me in every aspect of my life except one. I have noticed after being on 150mg/wk for several months my penis sensitivity lowers to nothing. Stopping all TRT injections for a few weeks and being on Clomid and Nolvadex my penis feels more sensitivity then ever. Is it possible that long term TRT without being on HCG can cause a loss of sensitivity in the penis? On TRT even though I am much better at flirting with women when engaging intercourse I can go for hours without being able to orgasm. I have not orgasmed once from vaginal or oral intercourse once on TRT. Oddly enough I can orgasm when masturbating in 5-10 minutes. Expression of Luteinizing Hormone Receptors in the Mouse Penis | Request PDF According to this study LH may directly regulate penile tissue. Perhaps using HCG as an analogue can offset this loss of LH and correspending penile sensitivity. In any case my doctor refuses to prescribe me HCG so it looks like I will have to come off TRT, at least for the time being. I am only 25 so if I could get the input and personal experiences of some men who have been on TRT for years I would appreciate it. Looking up old threads it looks like Nelson Vergel and Vince both stated that HCG increased penile sensitivity, at least for them.
