LH levels during TRT and HCG

How long does it typically take for LH levels to bottom out while on TRT and discontinuing HCG.

LH is zero when your TRT dose is right. Complete suppression of LH means that you are truly "replacing testosterone".

It should happen quickly with TRT and/or HCG.

Yes. HCG does not "measure" as LH eventhough it is a LH mimicker (I know, confusing!). It behaves like LH by stimulating testicular Leydig cells but its chemical structure is not like LH at all. HCG increases testosterone and estradiol which tend to decrease LH and FSH via a negative feed back loop.

Bought two weeks for LH to go to zero. HCG isn't relevant to LH, it's once to start to administer any Testosterone it'll quickly go to zero.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
