Less ejaculate

At age 71 I expect some changes but not too happy with some. Have been injecting T for about 5 years, enjoy good health and active libido but notice lately that the volume of my ejaculate has decreased considerably. Not always but enough to be annoying. Orgasm sensation not nearly as intense. Metformin as preventative (not diabetic), sildenafil and anastrazole only other Rx meds, lots of suppements including those in the "holy grail of cum". Any suggestions?

I have considered trying hcg, shrinkage and fertility not issues. I don't take any antihistamines and try to stay well hydrated. Both of which I know can have some effect on semen volume. Thank you for the reply.
