You have no idea where your FT truly sits as you never had it tested using an accurate assay such as the gold standard Equilibrium Dialysis or Ultrafiltration (next best).
Bet your FT is higher than you think.
With a trough TT 545, ng/dL, and SHBG of only 26 nmol/L your FT would most likely be sub-par but far from being low.
You most likely need to increase your T dose slightly as your FT is most likely not high enough.
Also, keep in mind that seeing as you are injecting 100 mg (50 mg every 3.5 days) that your peak TT/FT/e2 levels can be much higher.
