I felt the same during those last labs as I did in 2015 before starting any type of HRT. Ur total is below what mine was when I was very symptomatic, and ur free T isn’t too much higher than mine was. It might be a possibility that u need to increase ur dose. I personally have found that I do best with my free T in the 40’s. I think most don’t need it that high, but everyone’s different. Dr Keith Nichols reported that most of his patients feel optimal with free t levels between 30-60. Also, just keep in mind that test cream to the scrotum sky rockets DHT, and DHT can inhibit E2 at the receptor level, I believe, and E2 is one of the main drivers of libido in males. Just hoping that drastically increasing ur DHT isn’t going to have the opposite effect on ur libido.</p></blockquote><p></p>
