You heard wrong. The normal range for Vermeulen calculated free testosterone is about 7-22 ng/dL, with 13-17 being typical for healthy young men. I've never encountered anyone who is genuinely hypogonadal with cFTV greater than 10 ng/dL. You could be that rare exception, but it's more likely that low testosterone is not the cause of your problems. Do have thyroid checked. There can be overlapping symptoms.
