For a natty blood work needs to be done in the early am in a fasted state.
Even then looking over your lab results you are hitting a descent TT 553 ng/dL and with a lowish SHBG 25 nmol/L your FT would be descent and far from low!
A FT 5 ng/dL is low and 5-9 ng/dL would be the grey zone for some!
What method was used for testing your FT?
If we calculate your FT using the linear law-of-mass action Vermeulen (cFTV) with a descent TT 553 ng/dL, lowish SHBG 25 nmol/L and Albumin 4.7 g/dL your FT 13 ng/dL would be healthy!

Most healthy young males would be hitting a cFTV 13-15 ng/dL.
You can always retest to compare your results.
Yes some of the symptoms you mentioned would be caused by a low/borderline FT but many other things can also mimic such (dysfunction thyroid/adrenals), depression/anxiety, excess stress (physical/mental), lack of consistent quality sleep, poor diet/low iron, overtraining in the gym) you get the point!
