Lab question

Had blood work done and test came back at 1203. Had blood work done about 4 weeks ago at different lab and test was 884..I don't get it..nothing has changed with my protocol and blood work was done late in day before my test shot was due..how is it possible for two different labs to be so far off?

That is a big difference in levels, where both of them taken the same time after injecting? What labs were used?

To the extent I can, I try to test at the same lab, as close to the same time of day when I run tests. Did you have other tests run? We're the results for those in line with the earlier results?

Blood was drawn before I was due for injection..I inject twice a week. Monday and Thursday. Had blood drawn at 4pm on Monday then injected after I got home..it's over 300 pts difference..I do 100mgs twice a week..they were 2 different local labs as my insurance pays for it..here's another kicker..mind you I had bloodwork about 4 weeks prior my triglycerides came back at 680 when prior they were 380 I believe it was. I was not fasting for either..I have actually stopped hrt as I'm thinking with the twice a week I need to cut back some..I have been having an issue with my pelvic floor area and need to talk to my dock and defy to see if dosing needs to be lowered. Just not sure. Good thing is my estrogen went down to 33 from 58 with upping my dose from .25 to .50 so that is in check..

Post the full labs, the high one and the low one. With all of the reference ranges, and any other tests you had ran.

I think it could be the specific assay being used leading to one being inaccurate. Or it's something else. Post everything including the notes under the tests, better yet take a picture of them.

As long as everything was constant, the dose, the time of the draw, the time of your last injection, all of that, this would be a curious change. Though one of us recently had a similar experience with Cyp from Hallandale Pharmacy where he injected and 24hrs later his total T was just under 600 IIRC. The pharmacy was vigorously defended. Where are you getting your Cyp from?
I would also suggest like Coasty posted, keep everything the same all the time, same lab, same time of draw...repeatability in testing is important though I think you hit most of those markers.

Thanks for catching that. I uploaded wrong ones..I deleted all my personal info and for some reason uploaded the wrong ones..I'll get back to it later this evening..good thing is I figured all the uploading stuff out so it won't take me to long
