Serum kisspeptin levels were evaluated by an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in both groups. </p><p></p><p>Results The results of our study showed that the serum levels of kisspeptin in the infertile oligospermic group were significantly lower than those of the fertile group. Conclusion Deficiency of serum kisspeptin might be associated with oligospermia and fertility problems.</p></blockquote><p></p>
