I have been listening to on Audible the dichotomy of Leadership by these two ex navy seals.  I highly reccomend the book for anybody looking to sharpen thier leadership sword.

In the book he talks about oversteering to correct a problem in the opposite direction it was previously.  It seems as if the leadership in the medical community have went from one pole to the exact opposite when it comes to AI's and estrogen control.  Remember it is important to have balance.   It seems as if Jay's podcast has gone from high AI and now it is to AI's are the devil... Maybe a oversteering to correct the problem is what we are seeing.  Just some thoughts I had this evening.  Please feel free to chime in.  Thanks
