What worries me about the recommendations I've listened to is that some poor fellow is going to use this advice and think an Hct level in the mid 50s is perfectly reasonable and nothing should be done to correct this. ... What is your TRT protocol? What are total testosterone and SHBG? Free testosterone measured with equilibrium dialysis or ultrafiltration would also be useful.
