Thanks for this -- I just added it to the protocol. Days 1 and 2 are especially critical to have an empty stomach. The rest of the time we're just keeping hepcidin up so it's less criticial I would guess.Random thought: so many of us take Semaglutide and that keeps food in the stomach longer so I wonder if that has an impact. Probably, I have no idea.
