Hi Nelson and Team Excel male!
My Name is Kabiss and live in Canada. I am 49 years old. Married with 3 kids.
thank you for all the amazing information. I really appreciate it.
I exercise very regularly. 5 to 7 days / week. 5:00 AM to 7:00 Am. I do weight and strength training.
At 45 yrs of age i came back to my training to realize that my body wasn't responding. Tired, bad recovery etc...
I have been experimenting with test and saw a HUGE difference. not without the side effects of it as I wasnt' as educated on it. Nor my doctors.
I am here to learn more and perfect the amounts required for me.
