What do you use to alleviate the soreness in the shoulders, elbows, lower back?

I have been lifting weights, barbell and dumbbell pretty exclusively, for the past 10 years. I get the nagging soreness in the front deltoid where the bicep tendon attaches, soreness in the lumbar region following squats and deadlifts, elbow soreness following chins and curls.

I used to live real close to a chinese lady who was very good at medical massage therapy. I rarely get a chance to go there now.

Any ointments, gels, that you all use or recommend?

It is getting more common these days, but not all drug stores carry it. Our local walmart has it now. You can get it off Amazon too.
