6 units on an insulin syringe is 0.06 cc (30 units would be 0.30 cc).No experience with BiMix. My TriMix advisor suggested starting at 5 units (0.05 cc) and then titrating up each time until I get just the results I'm looking for. Me? 6 to 7 units (0.06 cc to 0.07 cc) is all I need and the erection lasts a little over 2 hours. Everyone is different though.
