I tried that sitting outside in my Tommy Bahama  beach chair and vitamin D rich foods and still ran into a deficiency. Strangely, I took more vitamin D and those symptoms I was having are gone. No more excess urination, bone pain, or any of the above mentioned symptoms.


I noticed when I first started taking the 400 units of vitamin D. I had a day or two where I was urinating like crazy and then it stopped. Then when I tried 600 units, the same thing happened.


Then I increased to 800 and none of those symptoms happened. If I try to take any vitamin D at all on TRT, holy sh**, those symptoms would wreck me.


The TRT fu***** me up somehow and those effects are wearing off.
