Ive never heard of anyone experiencing those things from progesterone. Progesterone is a natural hormone that we all produce. There’s no evidence that it causes any negative issues with kidneys or the liver from my understanding

Maybe ur thinking of synthetic progestins. Now those can cause a host of negative effects
