OK, well I still have a calcium deficiency, that would increase my iron absorption, correct?


Calcium inhibits iron absorption. I took 6000 mg of calcium for the first couple of days and then for the remainder of the week 1000-2000 mg of calcium.


I didn’t take my calcium supplement this morning, and I had intense bone pain in my hands and feet, I took the calcium supplement and all those symptoms are gone.


I still have a calcium problem.
