High Prolactin levels

I just got my results for my latest blood tests and my prolactin is at 25.9, normal levels are 3 to 20 ng/ml

I have been on TRT for over 10 years. Any thoughts, has anyone else dealt with high prolactin. All my other numbers are very good.

Mine is high as well. Supplemented with cabergoline 0.25 mg weekly and got it in range.

You can also try p5p 200 mg daily and see how it works.

I wouldn’t treat slightly high prolactin in the absence of symptoms.

Are you on any anti-depressants?
