Supposedly big doses of multispectrum Vitamin K does the same thing only naturally. Lots of Vitamin-E and Magnesium from your diet if possible. Good electrolyte balance/Hydration. Good diet. Healthy BW, consistent workout routine and stress management incl sleep is essential. Some people do need them ticking every box possible naturally will go a long long way.
I had some BP spikes here and there when I was on TRT. Diet, nutrition, lifestyle didn't work as I wanted so decided to try a few BP meds. Had a low dose Telmisartan and a low dose Nebivolol. Felt like complete death couple days I took them. Probably took Nebivolol bad time in the evening as has to be taken mornings or even post heavy workout, according to what I read online. Anyway felt absolutely fucked up right from the get go. Maybe you need time, etc, but to me, it makes little sense as well to take other drug to combat the side effects on another drug. Thats not the way to go in my book but to each their own.
