Hey guys looking for a little discussion here. Been on different forms of TRT for a little over 2 years now. Struggled constantly with headaches on injectables, emotional on clomid (however felt great the first two weeks, which i think was the increase in e2) and finally settled on scrotal compounded cream. I was able to keep my e2 up and felt great. However I also started to struggle with ED which I believe is due to my chronic pelvic pain. So my Dr. prescribed 5mg of cialis daily. Made my ED and pelvic symptoms all but dissapear, but then I found out of course it lowers e2 which ive learned i am extremely sensitive to anything that lowers e2. I really want to stay on cialis but ive got to find ways to keep my e2 up. Last labs were T- 872 E- 15 LC/MS SHBG- 28 I am going to the doctor next week and wanted some opinions on a strategy. I have started cheap DHEA in the mean time. I was thinking A. try and get him to prescribe HCG, (also did HCG cost go up due to the new regulations?) I am not sure if he is familiar with it so I may have to look elsewhere if I cant convice him. Or B ask for low dose clomid just for the estrogenic effects. Anybody else have any suggestions or which one of those two options seems better? Thanks!
