I am not going to comment on your labs, aside from suggesting they are indeed very high numbers. I have been seeing a sexual medicine specialist, who has convinced me to lower my numbers for the same two reasons you seek help. Poor quality erections, lead to extended time to orgasm. There is more going on with erections than just testosterone, yes we all need it but after a certain amount erections don't continue to improve. Libido is more arguable, but again, in many men after a certain amount of T, low libido is likely something else as clearly it is multi factorial and involves brain chemistry too. My biggest point again, based on working with one of the best sexual medicine physician in the country, was lower my T dose, with numbers not nearly as high as yours, and see how you respond. I did, with her reassurance, and the doctor was right. Better erections, shorter time to orgasm and orgasm more often. All this despite having diagnosed ED. For each of us as individuals, some is good, more is not necessarily better, like me I suspect your levels got a little out of control for you. Don't be afraid to ask for a little help if you need to get the erections back on track, beyond just generic Cialis or viagra. The other options like Tri Mix and Quad mix really are easy, and can be extremely effective.
