My Estradiol is 45
My Testosterone AM is 6.7
My Free Testosterone is 140.0

So he is suggesting Omega 3's, DHEA, and a Supplement TAD+

Can you provide the ranges for each result? I realize you don't have access to the sensitive estradiol test, so you will have to be careful in assessing where it actually sits. What is your DHEA level and your SHBG? Also, your LH and FSH?

As we have discussed, you are not going to see improvement with this program. I have messaged you.

Estrogen 45 (<200 pmol/L)
Testosterone AM 6.7 (20.3-29.5 nmol/L)
Free Testosterone 140.0 (175-700 pmol/L)

My Naturopathic Dr cant Order blood work with out me paying for it. He got a GP Dr to Order all the tests, but didnt order DHEA, SHBG, LH and FSH. So my dr is going to talk to the GP and ask whats up.

Hi All,

I found a new Dr that will listen to my Low Test Problem. I seen him On Monday and did a whack of blood test on Tuesday. I got a call from his nurse on Wednesday to make an appointment for today. I just got back from the Dr's office and he prescribed me 100 Mg of deletestryl. Then I have to go back a week later to have my blood done again to see if that is the correct dose or up the dosage. I am soooooo Excited to be starting this Journey to feeling better.

A blood test one week after the start of TRT is senseless. A minimum of four weeks before serum levels are balanced is what the standard of care is. I'm pleased you've found a doctor who will listen to your problems, and wants to help, but if you start making changes after a week you may quickly find yourself at sea.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
