Hi. Im for seven weeks on TRT, my protocol is 20mg ED sustanon and 250UI EOD HCG. I take also vitamin c, fish oil, zinc, magnesium, multivitamins Last week my total t was 1156, estradiol 56, calculated free t 27, no any increase in hematocrit(0.45) and hemoglobin(153-156) only a bit increase in erythrocites and tromobociti but still well within range I added the HCG 2 weeks ago. Initially I felt bad from it, but now its almost gone. The issue is the last 5-6 days I noticed increased heart rate and Im almost certain it is connected to the HCG. My heart rate often is in the 90s sometimes going to 105. This morning seemed better, 84. Before the HCG it was like 75-80. My blood pressure is usually low. I think from the HCG it became a bit lower. SOmetimes evening the cuff is showing 59/98, other times it can be 105-115/60-70. I have weak adrenals and my sodium is always on the low end. Since I started TRT I disregarded again my salt intake so I will start today to put again salt in the water. This is the only way I get to some decent sodium levels. I think all this may have connection to the heart rate. Do you think it is a temporary side effect that will maybe subside? Do you think it is better to start injecting the HCG every day like 100-150 UI to reduce hormonal swings?
