How about trying out a reduced dose of HCG, for example 500iu 3xwk, and dropping the AI, that e2 level is IMO low considering that your t-levels are so high, which leads me to believe a drop in hcg dose would still leave you with plenty of T, gonads definitely going strong with you. Maybe the AI is doing something negative for the semen volume, have you checked PSA?
