Green light laser of prostate!

Hi Guys! I had a green light laser about 16 months ago for a slightly enlarged prostate. What a night mare! With in 3 months I was impotent. Had retrograde ejaculation and I quess that’s part of the procedure. I’m 71 and still sexually active. Prior, with PDE5drugs. Now nothing. I had 7 gainswave procedures, 2 prp shots and I have to say I would engorge but not hard enough for penetration. I’m thinking about one last prp shots with economies. Any experience out there? My T levels are 800 and free is 72. I use a low dose 5 units bionic to get hard but not natural feeling. My wife calls me a human dildoo cause I can stay hard for 3 hours but now I can’t ejacualate and when I do the orgasm is a big fizzle? So any exosome with P shot experience out there? My last ditch till I turn into a monk!

I've used TriMix maybe 6 times now. 2 out of those 6 times it had zero effect. I'm guessing I just missed the mark. Everything I've read suggests using a 30g 1/2" needle but 1/2" just seems very long to me so I have only used a 5/16" needle. Does anyone have any thoughts/opinions on this?

Yeah you probably missed. I use 30 gauge 1/2 needle and push till it indents the skin. Used it now 3 vials over a year and worked every time

And now the trimix is no longer working?
