As referenced in this discussion (https://www.excelmale.com/forum/showthread.php?12448-Free-Test-Estradiol-Questions), my E2 was high w/ the following protocol. Current (initial) Protocol: 200mg Q 10 days (I varied frequency between trying 3.5 days to 10 days, always keeping the same mg/ml ratio, going forward I will stick to one protocol and not spaz out) Trough Numbers: Testosterone, Total, LC/MS/MS – 649 (250 - 1100 ng/dL) Testosterone, Free - 103.5 (35 - 155 pg/mL) Estradiol - 53 H (7-50 pg/mL) 3 month follow-up this week Goal to minimizing amount of Anastrazole needed Decrease Test Cyp to 50mg Q 3.5 days Dr Prescribed Anastrazole 1mg Q 3.5 days. My understanding from reading is that this is a large dose and will probably crash E2 levels. Dr claims because my E2 was so high this dose is ok, yada yada yada. I'm thinking of starting at 0.25mg twice per week and monitor signs/symptoms. Retest in an appropriate amount of time. Perfectly ok idea? Horrible idea? Thanks
