Mostly 5x5 workouts. Now that I started trt, I have been trying to remain consistent in the gym, diet is completely keto now as well. I was diagnosed diabetic this year. Non insulin dependent. Keto keeps my blood sugars in check. Learning alot from everyone here. Using Genes stack for all the benefits. Trying to grab my HEALTH back. Sorry for being off topic everyone.
