I'm having great success so far with just the Arginine and Citrulline portions of the stack along with the Cialis I was already taking. There's been a very noticeable improvement since adding the Arginine and Citrulline at the dosages in the OP.


I use Bulk Supplements powder for both. It tastes disgusting but I'm able to force it down and it's much cheaper than taking so many pills every day. I also keep some around in pill form for days when I'm on the go and won't have time to mix powders.


I plan to add Pycnogenol (or possibly just generic Bulk Supplements Pine Bark Extract) soon to see whether that gives additional improvement over just the Cialis, Arginine, Citrulline combo.
