I just want to clarify on this...  Gene I ordered the Arginine from Nutrakey but I got capsules... The bottle says a serving is 2 capsules (1000 MG) and to take twice daily...  Is it beneficial to take the 3,000 (6 capsules) for each stack?  I am good with it just want to make sure it is beneficial....   By the way it was nice ordering from them because they threw in a ton of freebie's for a pretty small order...
